The philosophy at Suites 1478 is based on combining the historical heritage and unique personality of the building that houses our establishment with the excellence of a service exclusively focused on surpassing the highest expectations of our guests.

We listen to our guests and their opinions are a leitmotiv that encourages us to improve every day.

Each of our suites offers cosy atmospheres where you can relax and enjoy as you like. Their dimensions, between 35 and 50 square metres, make them unique in the area. In Suites 1478, you will rest in spacious rooms decorated with designer furniture where comfort is guaranteed.

If you are travelling with children, we are also your option. We are the only hotel in our neighbourhood that welcomes the little ones. They will have their own space and, of course, special surprises for them.

If during your stay you want to enjoy some snack, a glass of wine or a tempting dessert, in your suite you will find our menu of Drinks & Snacks, made up of a selection of quality products, carefully chosen and that you can enjoy in the different spaces of our home or in the privacy of your suite by using our Room Service*. Urban Suite

The splendor of the urban world.

Located on the first level of our house, facing the busy Doctor Chil street. They can be a bit noisy for those who are more sensitive to the hustle and bustle of our cosmopolitan cobbled neighborhood, but if this is not important to you, in our Urban Suites you will have everything that a stay in a charming hotel, like ours, implies.

The Urban Suites have their special charm. They are at the level of the Patio Canario and facing the busy Calle Doctor Chil, in front of the Museo Canario.

Being at street level, they can be a bit noisy for those more sensitive to the daily hustle and bustle of our cosmopolitan cobbled neighborhood. If this is not an inconvenience for you, in our Urban Suites you will enjoy a dream stay in a spacious room exquisitely designed and decorated. Exclusive furniture, bathroom with rain shower, bathrobe, slippers, and carefully selected amenities.

One of our Urban Suites is loft-style, with the bedroom located on the upper floor and the living room on the lower floor. A unique design that does not leave you indifferent. And that, accompanied by exclusive pieces of art, create a sophisticated environment to live a charming stay.

Our second Urban Suite, distributed on one floor, is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Deluxe Suite

Just perfect wherever you look at them.

Located on the second floor of our house, they offer views of Dr. Chill street. Two of them with access to the spectacular Canarian balcony or to Espíritu Santo street, a pedestrian promenade where you can contemplate the historical personality of Suites 1478.

Our five Deluxe Suites, distributed on the second floor of our emblematic house, offer a unique experience. Two of these suites, overlooking Dr. Chill street, have access to the spectacular Canarian balcony, a protected and restored architectural element of the building, which portrays the essence of our house. The rest of our Deluxe Suites, facing Espiritu Santo street, a pedestrian walkway that reflects the historical personality of the Vegueta neighborhood and what Suites 1478 values.

Each of our Deluxe Suites and their own character, offer what they are looking for in a stay in which the details make the difference. A sophisticated design in which comfort and careful decoration with lighting designed for enjoyment prevail.

Loft Suite

Stunning suites.

They have become the favorite suites of our guests. Located on the third and top floor of our house, they offer a comfortable interior environment accompanied by a fabulous and bright terrace with a private solarium and unbeatable views of the Vegueta neighborhood and the Santa Ana Cathedral.

Our Loft Suites are exterior suites located on the thrid floor f our house, with views of the Vegueta neighborhood or the Canary Islands Cathedral. These are bright rooms, with spacious and comfortable private terraces, which include a solarium area where you can enjoy moments of relaxation.

The loft Suites have been designed and decorated in a simple and elegant way with exclusive furniture, a design bathroom and the privacy you are looking for. In its exclusive private terrace you can contemplate the best views of the Vegueta neighborhood or relax as you like. In your private solarium you can sunbathe, read a book and take a refreshing shower. It is no coincidence that the loft Suites are one of our guests' favorite rooms.
